Most ad-management tools charge a percentage of your spend — so the more your team pours into platforms, the more they earn, even if that spend is wasted. We charge a flat fee per workspace. Whether you spend £5k a month or £500k, your bill is identical. Our incentive is to make every pound work harder, not to encourage you to spend more.

Common questions

Is pricing a percentage of ad spend?

No. Flat per-plan pricing, full stop. You pay the same whether your ads team spends £5k a month or £500k a month. The only thing that changes between plans is the number of client workspaces, team seats, and Flume turns you get.

What happens at the end of the 30-day free trial?

Choose a plan from inside the app and your card is charged for the first period. If you don’t choose a plan, optimisation and Flume pause, but your data is kept safe for at least 14 days so you can come back. We’ll send warning emails at 3 days and 1 day before the trial ends, plus a final email on expiry.

Can I switch tiers or cancel anytime?

Yes. All upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations are self-serve via the Stripe Customer Portal, linked directly from Settings → Billing in the app. Monthly plans end at the next billing date. Annual plans run to the end of the paid year.

Why are the UK (GBP) prices slightly lower than the US (USD) ones at current FX?

Both currencies are locally anchored to round, natural-looking numbers — we don’t let Stripe auto-convert using the spot rate. UK customers effectively get a small built-in discount that absorbs FX volatility, so you’ll never see your monthly bill move because the pound dipped overnight.

Do you offer refunds?

No, but you can cancel any time from the Customer Portal and keep access to the end of your current billing period. The 30-day free trial exists precisely so you can evaluate every feature before your card is charged.

Is there a kill switch if something looks wrong?

Every plan includes a per-client kill switch that instantly halts automation and budget pushes, plus a dry-run mode that stages recommendations without pushing to the platforms. If three or more portfolios fail in the same run, automation auto-pauses and we email you — so one outage can never burn through your ads budget unnoticed.
